liabilities and anticipated housing costs will allow me to help you

information, I can then estimate the loan amount and closing costs,
prepaid costs, reserves, prorates and the monthly investment you would

fit your wants and needs. This way you won't waste time looking at
properties that don't suit your desires. Many different companies
represent home sellers - and I will work with the entire Real Estate
community to help you find the perfect home. I make it a priority to stay
in touch with you during the entire home search and home buying
process.

is available with many lending institutions. Use caution and don't submit your loan
application to too many lenders. The more credit reports being pulled under
