A preliminary look at your income, assets, liabilities and anticipated housing costs will allow me to help you determine a realistic price range for your new home. With this information, I can then estimate the loan amount and closing costs, prepaid costs, reserves, prorates and the monthly investment you would make based on mortgage type, amount of loan and interest rate. This way you won't waste time looking at properties that don't suit your desires. With today's internet technology, an on-line application  is available with many lending institutions. Use caution and don't submit your loan application to too many lenders.
